Having worked freelance for 6 years I crave the loyalty and creative potential of a larger team.

I want to learn and expand my network and practices.

Personal

The autonomy of being freelance has been perfect for me over the last 6 years. It has allowed me the precious time I wanted with family.

My kids are at secondary school age now and I have the time and head space to commit to a more structured working life.

If I am honest, I also like the idea of a regular income. It allows me to plan better and not be so feast and famine. Especially now I have purchased a house that I would like to work on.

I also welcome the opportunity to be around more people, and as a result my days will be more dynamic and engaging.
